Watch cats don't dance movie. This movie wasn't the worst as much as most say it is. Yes, the CGI was pretty poor and they used big names when they shouldn't have, but there was good things.
They made Victoria a main character which she wasn't in the original and they casted well for her as she had a beautiful voice and is a principle ballet dancer. The movie also gave a bit more story, depth and clarification than the original which is good for people that struggle to grasp the plot originally and Jason Derulo's version of Rum Tum Tugger and Jennifer Hudson sang Memory brilliantly.
Some cons though, Jennyanydots song in which featured mice and cockroaches was more disturbing than whatever the aim was. I also don't remember Munkustrap's name even being mentioned once and he was a main character, as for Judi Dench playing Old Deuteronomy, wasn't terrible but definitely a bold move to change the gender. They also needed to decide on whatever they attempted between Victoria and Mr. Mistoffelees. I think it was supposed to be a beginning of a romance but their needed to be better emphasis on it.
I wouldn't recommend seeing the movie if you haven't seen or have no appreciation for the original, but overall, it wasn't terrible, but it could have been a lot better.

Level 1 Omg is their popcorn burnt?? level 2 Yes, it is. Never trust a Sim with low cooking level, to do anything correctly. level 1 I bought it too with the sale and really hesitated because I wasn’t sure about it but I love it as well. Watching movies is really fun and the furnitures and decorations are gorgeous! level 2 Yes, I really like the style of the furniture and also the some of the colour swatches are weird, but that's the case with almost every pack level 1 It's one of my favourite stuff packs too! The style is quite unique and the whole concept is cool, I like setting movie nights with friends and family. I also build a lot of outdoor cinemas too, it's a very cool thing to do during summer nights:) level 2 I personally looove the style of the pack, I use the plants all the time and the round seat cushion, whatever you call it. I'm ashamed to admit I find a way to include the wall hanging succulents in pretty much all of my builds. I'm also playing a 100 baby challenge and my kids have lots of movie nights when mommy needs some adult time. level 1 The cats face is hilarious. “Have you forsaken me mother” level 1 I've had this pack for a while but only recently really dived into it. I tried making my own movie hangout, by ended up downloading some cinemas from the gallery, but it is fun! I'll have my families go on family dates to the movies sometimes. I love popcorn. level 2 In my experience they end up making popcorn all the time to the point where it's annoying lol but it is cute to whip out for a movie night level 1 I won Movie Hangout in a giveaway, and I use the hell out of the build stuff in that pack. level 1 I love the items in this pack! The movie part of it is a little strange to ’s the point? Moodlets? level 2 Storytelling and fun.... I guess. My Sim always gets the bored moodlet after watching a movie, though level 1 Look at all them burnt popcorn bowls lol level 1 Have you checked out the giant tree with the lanterns in that pack? It's super amazing and makes for some great yards! level 2 Yes! I love it! It takes up most of my backyard but it looks soooo cool! I put a campfire underneath it and some benches. level 1 Just got this and felt the same! I feel like it was hard to maintain the illusion that the Sims are having a shared experience at the TV, but now they really sit there and it feels like they bond. level 1 Movie Hangout's one of my favorite stuff packs in terms of CAS items; I don't use the build stuff as much as I want to though since most of my houses run "generic suburban" in flavor.
